The following are the services that are available at the clinic:
Hours of operation:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am to 8 pm Friday: 8am to 6pm, Saturday 8am to 1pm (2-3 Saturdays per month) Earlier and later appointments may be available on request. New patients can usually be seen within 24 business hours.
Health-Pro Physical Therapy, Inc. accepts most PPO insurances, worker’s compensation, auto policies, and Medicare. We can make accommodations for HMO’s if out- of- network benefits are available, or we can set up a self-pay arrangement. Effective July 1, 2008, our self-pay cost is $160 for an initial visit with treatment, and $110 for subsequent visits. Initial visits are usually at least an hour, and subsequent visits are typically between 45 minutes and an hour. Health-Pro Physical Therapy, Inc. is a member of The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), The Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN), and The Better Business Bureau (BBB).
