The following are the services that are available at the clinic:
Hours of operation:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am to 8 pm Friday: 8am to 5 or 6pm Saturday 8am to 1-2pm or later (2-3 Saturdays per month) Earlier and later appointments may be available on request. New patients can usually be seen within 1-3 business days, occasionally same day appointments are available.
Health-Pro Physical Therapy, Inc. accepts most PPO insurances, worker’s compensation, auto policies, and Medicare. Please call our office if you have questions about coverage. We can make accommodations for HMO’s if out- of- network benefits are available, or we can set up a self-pay arrangement. Effective February 10, 2010, due to the rising cost of providing therapy and the dwindling insurance reimbursement, we are forced to raise our self-pay cost. The new self-pay rate is $175 for an initial visit with treatment, and $125 for subsequent visits. Initial visits are usually at least an hour, and subsequent visits are typically between 45 minutes and an hour. Health-Pro Physical Therapy, Inc. is a member of The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), The Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN), The Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce.
